How Nysa works

Nysa is one shared brain for your team. It captures your team’s work, turns it into facts with sources, and lets every teammate’s agent read from it.

  • Meetings: invite Nysa’s notetaker and it joins the call as a visible participant, records it, and transcribes who said what. It only joins the meetings you or your team choose.
  • Email: your Gmail history imports when you connect, and new mail keeps flowing in.
  • Calendar: Google Calendar events and attendees stay in sync.
  • Notes: teammates and their agents add anything else, like “Remember that Acme renews in March.”

Nysa supports Google accounts today: Gmail and Google Workspace with Google Calendar. Outlook and Microsoft 365 are not supported yet.

Everything becomes clear facts about the people, companies and work it mentions. Each fact keeps its quote, date and source, so your agent can tell you where it came from. Facts are organized into Knowledge topics that keep their history.

When two facts disagree, the later source wins unless the text says it’s an exception, and your agent tells you both values with their dates.

Every teammate’s agent reads the same brain over MCP: Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw, Hermes or any MCP client. Each agent signs in as its teammate and sees only what that teammate can see. See Who sees what.

  • Nysa passed an independent CASA Tier 2 security assessment by TAC Security, an App Defense Alliance authorized lab.
  • Google reviewed how Nysa uses Gmail and Google Calendar data and approved its access.
  • Raw email stays private to its owner; the team sees only the facts drawn from it.
  • Your company owns its workspace. Nysa never sells customer data and never uses it to train AI models.
