Quickstart
Nysa turns your team’s meetings, email and calendar into one company brain. Every teammate’s agent reads from it over MCP, and each agent sees only what its teammate can see.
1. Create your workspace
Section titled “1. Create your workspace”Sign in with Google at app.usenysa.com and create your company workspace, or accept a teammate’s invite. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
2. Connect your sources
Section titled “2. Connect your sources”Gmail and Google Calendar connect with that same sign-in. Your email history starts importing, and the notetaker joins your next meeting.
3. Invite your team
Section titled “3. Invite your team”Invite teammates from the web app. What one teammate hears in a meeting becomes context every teammate’s agent can use.
4. Connect your agent
Section titled “4. Connect your agent”Add Nysa to your agent with this server URL and sign in once:

Start a new session after connecting so your agent loads the Nysa tools.
5. Ask
Section titled “5. Ask”Try questions like these:
- “What did we agree with Acme?”
- “What’s open for me this week?”
- “Prep me for my 3 PM.”
- “Remember that Acme renews in March.”
Sign-in options
Section titled “Sign-in options”| Method | Use it for | How |

| OAuth | Agents on your computer that can open a browser (Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) | Add the server, then sign in with Google when asked. |
| API key | Agents on a server or without a browser (Hermes, OpenClaw, scripts) | Create a key under Settings → API keys, then send Authorization: Bearer nysa_.... |
API keys are read only by default and expire after 90 days. A key acts as you and never sees more than you can.
